Sophomore Free-Period Policy
Sophomores who have good academic standing by January 3rd, 2024 will be granted a free period in their second semester schedule.
Sophomores must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher at the end of first semester 2023, no unexcused absences, and no behavior incidents.
Free periods will be on campus - Students can be in the library, commons, or main hall.
Parent permission is required via google form permission slip.
Any inappropriate behavior during the free period or a significant drop in grades will result in the revoking of the free period.
If students need to leave during their free period a parent still must call in to excuse them and the office will get them a pass to leave the building.
