NEWS & UPCOMING EVENTS
Dear Cougar Families,
Prom 2024 was certainly a night to remember! Students danced, played casino games, visited exhibits, enjoyed liquid nitrogen treats, and celebrated the entire evening.
Thank you so much to our amazing EHS PTSA for donating funds needed for the audio video package, which displayed pictures of our amazing juniors and seniors all evening, and for students’ favorite museum gallery, the Dinosaur Prehistoric Journey exhibit!
Congratulations to our prom royalty: Molly and Ryan! A second round of congratulations to our casino table winners — Clark, David, and Jace!
The EHS Senate hopes everyone enjoyed their night at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science!
Ms. Lavin, our Prom advisor for Senate, did an outstanding job in helping our student-leaders put together an incredible event. We are so lucky to have her at EHS!
As we make our way through the year, we will continue to maintain our tradition of excellence by celebrating each student as an individual. This makes EHS an excellent school, an exceptional community and a model for extraordinary student culture.

Thank you to Ms. Graham and her amazing Yearbook class for putting together a fantastic celebration of 2023-24!
Foosball!
Thanks to the generous support of our PTSA, foosball continues to grow! This lunch club offers time for students to play, compete and decompress in the middle of the day. This club is open to all students on a drop-in basis!
Improv!
In this final Improv Team show of the year, our five graduating seniors (Aoife, Kat, Mackenzie, Jack and Jack) were honored. The audience enjoyed a wonderful performance full of creativity, humor, spontaneity and joy!
Girls Tennis is having-despite many rescheduled matches due to snow-a fantastic season!
Congrats to Boys Swim and Dive! Our amazing team is 1st in 4A in Jeffco!!
Last week Mr. Speers, our outstanding Photography and Graphic Design teacher, took his class to Evergreen Lake. One of his students, Josh, created this exceptional piece with the images he captured of a young bald eagle in flight.
Did you know that Mr. Speers offers concurrent enrollment (i.e. college) credit as well as preparing students for the Adobe Photoshop certification test?
